Using photos of spectacular skies for inspiration, students will paint fabric for sky and water areas.
Simple curved piecing techniques will be used to build up the background.
This will be overlaid with a silhouette of trees and other shapes to create a stunning original wall hanging.
This class includes instruction in invisible machine appliqué and numerous machine embroidery
techniques to give extra texture and dimension.
